Nina specialises in coaching highly sensitive women and the main thing I took away from the session was to trust my instinct and to go with my first decision. This has been hugely helpful and has increased my confidence in my decision making.LINDA R, MOTHER, UK
Nina works tirelessly and consistently for the good of us, the good of the HSP, the good of her client. She challenges us to achieve a much deeper understanding of ourselves and unselfishly shares a bit of herself if you ask. Beware however, you may be surprised that what you think you want is actually not of your highest value at all, and what you think you are aiming for may not be your goal. It’s a very exciting journey to say the least.
I recruited Nina for a specific task but my journey has been so amazingly different to that which I expected. Because of this I am on my way to fulfilling an unrealised dream of being myself, so utterly, unapologetically my true self, first and last…
Nina will help you manage your complicated overwhelm with various tools. She will however never massage your ego, she will only help you to uncover and love your true and wonderful self. I thank you for having really seen and heard me.
I have found the coaching sessions very helpful in helping me to prioritise more ‘me’ time for myself. As a HSP and working mother I found it difficult to carve out time for myself, but the sessions have helped me now see it as essential for my health and the health of my family.I would definitely recommend Nina to other women, particularly mothers who need support in focusing on their own well-being and health. Having the space and time for reflection and having Nina support me with changes I wanted to make had the biggest impact for me!
Talking to someone who comes across as totally human and open themselves is very refreshing. I never felt judged, only reassured. The coaching has been invaluable, and it has felt like a mirror has been held in front of me so I can see myself for the first time for who I really am. Not knowing who I was or understanding me has been something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember, and although I still have so much to explore and learn about my feelings, behaviours and reactions as an HSP, I’m slowly beginning to reorganise the events of my life to date, which is the beginning of shaping who I want to be going forward.HELEN B, MOTHER, UK
